WIN with 7DAYS' My Summer Story photo contest

Every photo tells its own story – and we want to hear yours.

7DAYS is running a photography competition in conjunction with Gulf Photo Plus and FujiFilm, called ‘My Summer Story’.

We want you to take a photo of something that is important to you in the UAE this summer and then tell us what you took and, most importantly, why.

Each week one of our entrants will win a ‘Beginners Digital Photography’ or ‘Photoshop Workshop’ course, while the overall winner at the end of the summer will walk away with the grand prize of a FujiFilm XS-1 camera - worth Dhs2,999.

It’s easy to enter, just follow these steps:

6) Finally upload your photo (max size 3MB) using the ‘Add Picture’ function

The competition is now open and the weekly winners will be revealed each Thursday in 7DAYS and online at 7DAYSinDubai.com and 7DAYSinAbuDhabi.com.

At the end of the summer, we will also announce the overall champion.

A selection of entries will also appear online at 7DAYSinDubai.com and 7DAYSinAbuDhabi.com.

Terms & Conditions

The submitted stories shouldn’t be more than 200 words.

Every story has to have at least one supporting image.

7DAYS has the right to use those stories in any of its media portals.

Photos must abide by the UAE’s cultural standards.
