Tucked away in an oasis

During the first glimpse of summer, while the sun was inching it's way to kiss the UAE's golden sand dunes, we went off for some dune bashing and desert fun somewhere in Ras Al Khaimah. The sun was hot but forgiving, and although we had sand inside our shoes, we were too eager to care. We tumbled and bumped our way to the desert safari camp finding out that everything was like not from the real world we live in. secluded from among the other camps, and from the outside world, we were cordoned off by rusty barbed wires from the rest of the unassuming world, while we were tucked away within our own new found oasis.
