Plants need more care

Driving down through one of the prominent road connecting Dubai and Sharjah, I found these plants, looking for more attention from it's care takers. Could the authorities consider proper nourishment to them. Lot of money and effort have been already put on it and it needs definitely regular maintenance. Kindly do not ignore them. We love to see a green and healthy Dubai.
