Music on the Rocks
Summers are hot and Frowned upon... But in our house it is time to welcome our Son. It is almost an year, since My son has gone for studies in India (pune), Since my Son has left , Life has been less troublesome, Less hectic, More peace.....But Less fun, More gloomy, More boredom, More peaceful....in short we miss him A LOT !!!
This vacation when he was here, we all went to Hatta Mountain safari....and it was indeed Mindblowing and adventurous. Morning 8.30 4 wheel drive came to pick us up. We were all dressed in White tshirts for peace with Sun. With caps and water bottles we marched to brave the sun. Once seated in car, My hubby in front, me and my daughter behind and my son and his guitar in the last seat. We were having morning drowsiness...so we all gave our way to sleep in 10 to 15 minutes.

Music on the Rocks....My rockstar.
Then car kept on halting for showing id cards and all at checkpoints... we were awake and tired of doing nothing in car. soon started the fun, Roads became rocky and surroundings scenic. we were told by driver to belt up , even in behind , as we were going off road. We wondered what was there to feel scared about...and we soon understood....Road was like waterwaves.....up and down and tickles were sent on our spines....Faces had oh Gosh....lord save me Expressions....we were muttering and screaming with thrills...up and down, I was screaming Mummy, and driver laughed
well he stopped at beautiful spot....we got down clicked many pics. My daugher for once who hates sun, was actually enjoying and basking in glory of sun. My son too sat on rocks... with his guitar. This pic is clicked by my hubby. It was luckily not so hot that day...
we moved on towards, springs. Amazing spot...water and mountains , I must say God is very Artistic in nature. There were many young dudes in water, with all types of musical instruments, music from taperecorders, drums, and guys jumping from rocks....we had full on fun too.
Time to say bye to lovely wadi...and move on to our journey down the mountain....scary but fun. Tickles and giggles followed down our drive..
we stopped at place where my son wanted to do dune bashing...he drove dune buggy for half an hour...My daughter said flat NO for that. He had his fun in dashing at dunes.... we also halted at Dam...wow sight....
and I can go on and on, but 200 words seem to be glaring at me, Must experience Hatta mountain safari....Thrills and screams of fun.
