Prosecutors said the girl’s father reported the men to police after she told him that they tried to grab her in the street.
The youngster said the two men had seized her by the hand.
The pair had denied the charges.
Prosecutors told the court the girl had been in a public park near her home and was walking towards her house alone when she was approached by the men. She said that she managed to fight them off and run home.
Officers told the court they later found the men with bottles of alcohol and that the Arab man was drunk. The officers seized the liquor and took them into custody.
The judge ordered that the Arab man, who is a Muslim, be lashed as a forensic report confirmed there was alcohol in his system, despite his denial.
The 80 lashes were handed out according to Sharia law.
